The Problem
The homeowner called us about cracks in the exterior foundation wall and in the drywall inside the house.
What We Found
Our inspection showed the foundation wall at the front porch had settled. The left rear corner of the home had settled too.
The Challenge
The home has beautiful landscaping around it. Because of that, our crew had to install the helical piles by hand.
Our Solution
We installed galvanized helical piles under the footing to support the settled walls and stop the settlement from getting worse. We use galvanized helical piles because they tend to hold up better than concrete push piers.
The Result
The job took two days. The cracks got smaller, and the wall is now stabilized.
